Accurate Accounting & Tax Service is a family owned and operated accounting and tax firm. Originally started in 1984, Mark and Jeff Langeberg purchased Accurate Accounting & Tax Service from their father in 1997 and have been operating it since.
The firm helps small and medium sized businesses manage their accounting and tax needs, offering monthly accounting, payroll services, tax preparation, and business consulting. Mark Langeberg attended Metropolitan State College of Colorado and has worked at the firm for 34 years. Jeff Langeberg received his accounting degree from Metropolitan State College of Colorado in 1993 and has worked in the accounting profession for close to 35 years.

Monthly Accounting
Monthly financial statements including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, general ledger, transaction listings, check registers, bank reconciliation, and payroll registers.
Payroll Services
Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payroll check preparation, plus monthly, quarterly or yearly preparation of payroll taxes (941, 940, State withholding & State unemployment).
Tax Preparation
Electronic tax filing for individuals and businesses including S-Corp, C-Corp, Partnerships, LLC, Tax Exempt Organizations. Personal tax starting at $200, business tax starting at $400.
Business Consulting
Free initial consultation with $150 per hour charge for ongoing consultation. New business setup and incorporation starting at $200 plus filing fees.
