Intensic s.r.o. offers annual paid featured placement for the eligible business, website and category identified in your selected offer. The annual contract base price in USD is shown in that offer and recorded in your purchase confirmation. The subscription renews annually at the agreed annual base price unless renewal is stopped. Featured businesses appear above standard results on the selected category page. On each fresh visit to the first page of a category, we randomly shuffle its eligible Featured listings. Each eligible Featured business has the same chance of each Featured position, regardless of when it purchased. The order stays consistent while that visitor browses further pages. Where the homepage shows only some Featured businesses, we randomly choose and order them from the eligible businesses for that section. Random selection can repeat the same businesses or positions on consecutive visits; exact numbers of views and equal exposure over a particular period are not guaranteed. No exact position, first-page placement, number of leads, or homepage appearance is guaranteed. Placement requires the underlying profile to remain published and eligible for the selected category on that website. Tax. Where tax applies, sales tax or VAT is calculated by Stripe at checkout from the billing address and any tax ID you enter. Whether any tax applies, and how much, depends on your country and tax status - a tax ID does not by itself guarantee a zero rate. The amount is shown by Stripe before you pay. You may ask us at [email protected] to stop renewal. Stopping renewal does not end the current paid placement: it continues through the paid period while the business remains eligible. Removing or making a business profile ineligible can make its featured placement invisible; billing and any refund require separate review. Refunds. If you have a problem with the service or want a refund, contact [email protected] with the business listing and the issue. Intensic s.r.o. reviews refund requests individually; the decision is made by Tomas Remek. A request does not itself stop renewal or issue a refund. If we approve a refund, we issue it in Stripe against the original payment; renewal, placement, and refund decisions are recorded and handled separately. Service interruption and service credit. If the featured placement is unavailable to visitors for a cumulative total of more than 10 hours within a calendar month (UTC) while your profile is otherwise eligible and not suspended by our own decision, Intensic s.r.o. will provide one additional month of featured placement at no charge after verifying the interruption. Placement counts as unavailable when eligible paid placement is unavailable on the selected category page for reasons within our control. Normal random rotation, pagination and visitor filters are not a service interruption. We verify a suspected interruption from our own monitoring and records before granting any credit; contact [email protected] to report one. The additional month is a service credit to your placement; it does not change your Stripe subscription, the amount Stripe charges, or the renewal date.
