No. You are charged the price of your plan and that is it. VAs can be set up with your company email, meet with your team, and you can meet with your account specialist all for the price of your plan.

The founder oversees hiring and onboarding. The process creates excellent matches through a 5-step vetting process. VAs have an average three-year tenure and client partnerships last well over two years. You have access to the core team for support.

Alpine hires high-quality US-based virtual executive assistants who have years of relevant work experience. All VAs go through a five-step vetting process including a background check with a lower hiring rate than Harvard.

You will have one VA dedicated to your account working with you one-on-one. They create SOPs in case they get sick or go on vacation at which time a fill-in VA is provided.

VAs work Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm in their US timezone. You can submit a task at any time; if after business hours the assistant begins working the following business day.

VAs respond to any task requests within a couple of hours. Most tasks are completed within 24 to 48 hours depending on the request complexity.

Hours do not roll over but you can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
