Monthly recording of bank and credit card transactions, reconcile bank accounts (credit cards, merchant accounts, cash accounts up to 5), balance sheet account review and clean up as necessary, profit & loss detail review and reclassification, monthly journal entries including proper recording of payroll, month end financial reports, unlimited email support. $400/mo.
Weekly Bookkeeping (Most Popular)
All services from Monthly Bookkeeping Plan PLUS weekly recording of bank and credit card transactions, management of accounts payable (entering bills into QBO, creating checks or integrating with bill payment apps like Melio or Bill.com), and weekly recording of sales or invoice entry in QBO. End result: more time in your week and space in your brain. Worry free, confident, and tax ready. $800/mo.
