O'Kelly & Associates has been dedicated to client success for over 35 years. In 2002, Patrick O'Kelly was a founding partner of Cahill, O'Kelly & Associates, P.C. in Boulder.

In December 2016, O'Kelly & Associates, Inc. was formed and moved to Broomfield. Todd M. Christensen, CPA, MBA joined as 49% shareholder in December 2019 and became 100% shareholder in November 2020. Todd brings over 20 years of experience from Arthur Andersen LLP, including large-scale mergers and acquisitions, specialty finance, and complex tax structuring.
