Steve received a B.S. in Accounting from University of Colorado in 1975 and a B.A. in Psychology from University of Colorado in 1973. He is a CPA in Colorado and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a former tax partner at Deloitte & Touche.
